WikiLeaks claim that the DNC and Podesta hacks were a “false flag operation” by the CIA, designed to undermine President Trump.
The Central Intelligence Agency’s UMBRAGE group used hacking tools to leave behind fake breadcrumbs that falsely traced any potential hacking back to Russia.
This Wikileaks release confirms what many independent news outlets have been saying all along: the Deep State wanted Clinton to win the Presidency due to the threat Trump poses to the globalists’ agenda.

The CIA’s Remote Devices Branch’s UMBRAGE group collects and maintains a substantial library of attack techniques ‘stolen’ from malware produced in other states including the Russian Federation.
With UMBRAGE and related projects the CIA cannot only increase its total number of attack types but also misdirect attribution by leaving behind the “fingerprints” of the groups that the attack techniques were stolen from.

According to internet sleuths reading through the Vault 7 release on Tuesday, there are three theories about who was behind the Russian hacking scandal and why:
Theory 1: White Hats inside the intelligence agencies did it to help Trump.
Theory 2: An internal war within the Deep State especially regarding Clinton’s crimes and cover-ups of Benghazi, email security breaches, etc.
Theory 3: The DEEP STATE actors wanted to both take down Hillary and frame Trump vis a vis the ‘Russians hacked the election’ meme. I’m sure many in the embedded Establishment wanted a new puppet front man other than Trump or Clinton. This maneuver would undermine both parties and the Deep State wins again.

The late President John F. Kennedy was 100% right vis-a-vis the CIA. That rogue agency must be totally dismantled, “shattered into a thousand pieces”, as JFK had said. Clapper and other officials must be arrested, charged and prosecuted .. And, if found guilty, be sentenced to life in prison without parole .. IN GITMO.
I have a fourth theory. The Russians did not hack our election. This story first surfaced after Wiki leaks published information proving that the DNC fraudulently nominated Hillary Clinton in place of Bernie Sanders for Presidential candidate. This story was used to direct public anger away from the DNC and toward Russia while at the same time weakening the appearance of the legitimacy of Donald Trump. The CIA and their collusion with the news media (Project Mockingbird) were the ones who floated this story while failing to produce any concrete evidence of their claims that Russia hacked out election. That storyline failing to convince a better informed public , the CIA is now grasping at straws looking at any possible meetings between Trump people and Russian diplomats in Washington D.C. The problem with that approach is that politicians in Washington D.C. are supposed to meet with foreign diplomats – it is part of their job description. Many high level Democrats like Schumer and Pelosi have also met with Russian diplomats. So what is the big deal? It is much better to talk than not talk. Because when the talking stops – that is usually when the bombs and bullets start flying.
And anyway… what about the CONTENT of those leaked emails?
Yes these e-mails provided to Wiki Leaks by Seth Rich, who had legal access to the DNC material as he worked there, definitely proved that Hillary Clinton colluded with the DNC to fraudulently throw the nomination to Hillary Clinton. Seth Rich was murdered within days of the Wiki Leaks publication of these e-mails. The Russia hacked our election story also surfaced at the same time.
The problem with your theory is that they weren’t just talking, they were taking money. That is a little different.
The false flagging is almost most definitely what happened. But it may not have been the CIA that did it. Especially with the way it so sloppily points the finger at the Russians.
It’s possible it was the DNC themselves that did the false flag, to shift blame from their own incompetence towards the Russians.
