Weird “Portal To Hell” Black Ring Spotted In Sky (Video)

In this video a strange black ring was spotted in the daytime sky hovering above a village in northern Kazakhstan.

Freaked out residents are wondering what the strange black ring is with some suggesting it could be a portal to hell.
