In this strange video, an LAPD dash cam records a car trying to escape a police chase.
In what the LAPD now call the “ghost car” chase, what you see in this video is a car amazingly “teleport” away as it approaches a fence, leaving the police officers baffled and unable to apprehend their suspect.
