The upper disc and satellites will be approximately 5 to 7 meters above the water’s surface and will house a spa, a restaurant, a lobby with a massive pool and glass encompassing tunnels. The rooftop will also contain salt water swimming pools. The hotel will have a dive center for guests along with sea adventure equipment.
