A mother in California was harassed by police and later threatened with arrest for her decision to not vaccinate her child.
As Porsha Rasheed walked her children to the bus stop one morning, she was approached by an official from the Claremont school district who was accompanied by a police officer.

They began questioning her about whether or not her children had been vaccinated.
When she refused to answer and started recording the interaction they walked away….But that wasn’t the end of it.
Later when she called the police department to complain about what had happened, she was told that she could be arrested for refusing to vaccinate her children.
Porsha Rasheed posted a video on her Facebook page showing the police officer asking her about her child’s vaccine status.

Please watch this Video and share I am. I am being set up by the Claremont school district to be arrested and they are trying to force me to give my child immunization shots! I woke up this morning and walked my kids to the bus stop like I always do. Guess who was waiting the Claremont police department along with another man asking me about my child’s shots! I called the police department to make a complaint for harassment and was told by the sergeant, that me not giving my kids shots is a criminal act and that I will be arrested. This is why they were at the bus stop to try to incriminate me by me attempting to them that my son does not have any shots. This is crazy!! I want the world to know if I am arrested this is why! I will follow up with the facts!!!!

Some thing wrong with the vaccine program when you well be arrested for resisting vaccination. My skin itches like a bitch since I had my shingles vaccine, whats up with that?.

parents no longer have any legal standing to question, challenge or complain about any government Legislation or regulation pertaining to
children. According to Nichols v. Nichols(Civ. App.,247 S.W. 2d 143), in its capacity of“parens patriae,”government may assume direction, control, and
custody of children, and delegate such authority to whom it may see fit. Ridgeway v. Walter. If these assertions seem incredible, ask any parent who’s ever been in a divorce court custody battle if the judge didn’t act as if the state(not the parents) owned the kids. Nevertheless, government’s ownership of America’s children is not secret.
In California, the state is the guardian of your children, not you.
Love how the cops are puppet pigs and they have no clue they are. There is no good cops. If you think there are ask them how many cruket cops they have ever arrested. Cops sold there souls like soldiers sold there soul to fight in fake made up wars. It’s just sad how many stupid people are in this world as well who chose to be dumb and never study.
I have no idea what the laws are there, but since that man refused to produce identification and proof of right/authority/warrant to proceed to interrogate, what would the police officers response have been to a complaint about a false entity represented by that man, who fraudulently, falsely representing its right (through him, the agent, employee) to demand the right to physically even possibly sexually interfere with a child?
Why include the point of possible sexual interference? When the state and police back up a ‘private concern’ (corporation/NGO whatever) to have rights over people, parents and children to determine what interference they can have – then why not? What if they one day decide they should be allowed to take children and molest them to ‘make sure whatever’.
Also by acting to support that agency and man, that police women committed treason by lending her authority to, their claim of authority 1 to demand inforamtion, 2 to refuse to prove right to do so and 3 to interfere both with a citizen and 4 to explicitly interfere and assault a child.
Maybe my understanding of the law there is lacking – but that was a disgusting display that many have come to think of as ‘normal’.
