Anonymous launches campaign against the United States banking system

Anonymous

Anonymous has launched a new campaign which they believe is a simple way for the 99% to demonstrate their strength and overcome the richest 1%

The group is calling on the ordinary people to demonstrate their strength and independence from the wealthy banks by using cash instead of debit and credit cards.

A statement was released on Anonymous’ website along with a video (below) inviting people to join the peaceful revolution, which has been named “Black October”

US branches of Germany’s Deutsche Bank and Spain’s Banco Santander have failed US Fed stress tests, while America’s largest bank, Bank of America, is put on ‘warning,'” the statement reads. “How far can the ordinary people shoulder responsibility of a failed private bank?

The campaign which runs for a month from 1st to 31st October suggests that people take their money out of their bank accounts and not use their debit or credit cards during that time.

Take all your money from your bank account, don’t use your credit card, pay cash and change your future. Show the Big Bankers that we don’t need their debit cards, we don’t need their credit cards, we don’t need their loans, and we don’t need them. Let’s show them that we are the 99% and we can beat them. It is that easy.”
