SCOTUS to hear election fraud cases for Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia

The Supreme Court is set to hear a number of high-profile election fraud cases this Friday.

Justices will hear cases that allege fraud in the 2020 election for the States of Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia on February 19, 2021.

Among those to be heard are Republican Rep. Mike Kelly’s Pennsylvania election case, attorney Sidney Powell’s Michigan election case, and attorney Lin Wood’s Georgia election case.

Washingtonexaminer.com reports: The decision came after the court declined to fast-track all election-related litigation in early January.

In nearly every plea for expedition, lawyers backing former President Donald Trump told the court that if the cases were not heard before President Biden’s inauguration, their success would be unlikely.

But after the court pushed them off, many lawyers said that the challenges were still important and could have long-term implications for election fairness. Trump lawyer John Eastman told the Washington Examiner that even with Trump out of office, it was important to settle the issues raised by expanded mail-in voting.

“Our legal issue,” he said, referring to the way in which Pennsylvania conducted the 2020 election, “remains important and in need of the court’s review.”

Similarly, Kelly’s lawyer Greg Teufel, told the Washington Examiner after the court refused to hear his case before the inauguration that the 10-year congressman and major Trump ally had no intention of dropping the suit.

As election litigation continues to play out in the courts, many Republican state legislators have begun introducing bills to curb mail-in voting through law.

If the Supreme Court accepts any of the election lawsuits, it is likely that they won’t be heard until October.

  1. A little late doncha think? And how will we ever know
if election integrity gets restored to these states and the other
states like Arizona? I don’t trust these people. My confidence in
    voting has been destroyed. 🙁

  2. Well if they hear the case, how many times do they have to keep hearing it until they decide to convict? If they decide to hear it again, JB and KH need to be uninstalled until the case is heard. Do you think that would move things along a little faster? I know one thing for sure it would make those that didn’t believe sing a different tune. I am tired of hearing the lies, and hearing young people disrespect him What has JB actually done for this country that was any good? 0. zip, nil, nothing. He is on a fast track to give everyone a vaccine that will eventually kill everyone, stopped the pipeline and fracking, he is trying to inflate the country by increasing minimum wage to $15 an hour right now it is at $7.25 here and that will kill small businesses, fast food will be too expensive for anyone to afford killing that franchise, and now last but not least he is coming for your guns. We all know what happens next. I know this is not what we signed up for, and he is not the man we elected. This needs fixed like yesterday and everyone of the traitors that were behind this and do not want to work for the people of this country needs to be jailed and dismissed. NO MORE DISRESPECT WHAT SO EVER SHOULD BE TOLORATED FROM ANYONE. I am applaud when I saw the crap he had to put up with his first four years, and I hope he should not have to put up with that ever again
