Russia Says Ukraine Is Preparing Another Rocket Attack On Civilians

The Russian military has claimed that the Ukrainian government is preparing another false-flag attack in order to accuse Russia of war crimes.

They say that the target of the suspected attack will be a railway station filled with civilian refugees

Moscow cited intelligence to name the target, method, and even point of origin of the impending attack, which it said was patterned after the recent carnage in Kramatorsk.

On Friday the head of the National Defense Manaement Center, Lieutenant General Mikhail Mizintsev, said:

“The Kiev regime is preparing another monstrous provocation, similar to the one carried out in Kramatorsk, to accuse Russian servicemen of war crimes with a massacre of civilians”

RT reports: According to Mizintsev, the 19th Missile Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine intends “in the near future” to fire a Tochka-U tactical ballistic missile at “the accumulation of refugees at the railway station” at Lozovaya – a city in the Kharkov region and a major rail junction.

In order to make the strike look like it came from territory controlled by the Donetsk People’s Republic or Russian forces, the rocket will come from Staromikhaylovka, a village west of Donetsk held by the Kiev forces, the general added.

Such actions demonstrate Ukraine’s “inhuman attitude towards the fate of civilians” and “complete disregard for all norms of morality and international humanitarian law,” said Mizintsev.

“We warn in advance the countries of the so-called ‘civilized West’ led by the US that the Russian Federation has a body of operational evidence about the upcoming terrible crimes of the Kiev regime,” the Russian general added, along with a reminder that Tochka-U tactical missiles are “used only by the Ukrainian armed forces.”

The same 19th missile brigade was accused by the Russian military on Friday of targeting the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station in Kherson. Two missiles were fired towards the dam on Friday morning, purportedly with the aim of causing the Dnieper river to flood.

Both missiles were intercepted by Russian air defenses, but fragments of one of them damaged several buildings in the village of Novaya Kakhovka, injuring a woman and a child, the Russian military said.

Ukraine had accused Russia of the April 8 attack on the railway station in Kramatorsk, which killed 50 civilians, including children. Russia responded by pointing out that the missile that caused the carnage was a Tochka-U with a serial number corresponding to Ukrainian stockpiles, and even pinpointed the likely launch location. Western media coverage of the attack significantly decreased after that.

  1. The real story is about the 224 klms of tunnels under the Azov building with hundreds of foreigners, cia Americans French biologists and special agents from 7 or 8 foreign nations who are working for Bidens and Zelensky and Ahmets metabiota secret chemical biological plans, who are trying to escape. They’re trying to blackmail their way out. According to European sources.

  2. Russia has always had a first-rate intelligence apparatus since the time of the tsars, I would bet that they know a lot more about what’s going on in Ukraine than all the wests intelligence agencies combined. It all started when NATO tried to frame MH-17 on Russia, a bungled assassination attempt on Putin. I wish Putin success on cleaning out the rats nest which is Ukraine.

    • One would think that if Russia were telling the truth, that Ukraine has been shelling and/or firing rockets into Russia, as Russia has claimed several times of late, evidence of these attacks, particularly the civilian deaths, would appear all over Russian media 24/7. Strange that we have only the word of the RF military on the matter.

Ukraine claims to have destroyed the Russian Flag ship, Moskva, while the Russian navy claims her destruction is due to a catastrophic malfunction of some sort. Obviously, both sides have put out a tremendous amount of disinformation (propaganda) over the years and it’s difficult to know at the moment which narrative is true. However, it’s interesting that the Russian Ministry of Defense has vowed to retaliate against Ukraine for the destruction of the Moskva. It begs the question. Retaliation for what?

It’s interesting to note that first reports regarding the downing of MH-17 came from the Russian-backed DPR claiming responsibility. Those claims were quickly repeated by several Russian media outlets over the course of the next hour. Equally interesting is how those claims of responsibility dramatically changed, within minutes, after the DPR reached the crash site and found that the Ukrainian cargo aircraft they claimed to have downed turned out to be the passenger airliner, MH-17 – obviously Russian media reports dramatically changed as well.
