Russia have accused America of arming ISIS militants in Europe with deadly chemical weapons, which they say will be used on the people of Europe in order to instigate a huge civil war.
A report circulating in the Kremlin says that the U.S. Army contracted 17 biological and chemical weapons companies to expand the bio-chemical weapons programme in Europe, which Putin has said puts Russia and the rest of Europe at “grave risk” from the weapons falling into the wrong hands.

And to what is exactly creating this “great fear and tension” throughout the Federation, this report explains, are that when these new Obama regime bio-chemical weapons plans are joined together with the current Islamic refugee crisis overtaking Europe, they “merge” into a dire prophecy made the famed mystic Baba Vanga (1911-1996) shortly before her death wherein she warned that a 2016 invasion of Europe by Muslim extremists created by a conflict she predicted would begin with the Arab Spring in 2010, and play out in Syria, would destroy the entire continent.
“Muslims would use chemical warfare against Europeans”, Baba Vanga prophesized, which would culminate in the establishment of an Islamic caliphate by 2043 with Rome at its epicenter and Europe as we know it will “cease to exist” by the end of next year following the systematic elimination of entire populations leaving the continent “almost empty” and a “wasteland almost entirely devoid of any form of life”.
With the Obama regime and its European Union allies having already named global overpopulation as their greatest threat, this report notes, these “stage actors”, through their propaganda media organs, have, likewise, begun preparing Europe for what is to come by warning their citizens to expect a chemical attack by Islamic terrorists—a threat these Western leaders warn is “very real”.
And in knowing that the Obama regime itself created these Islamic State terrorists who will, undoubtedly, carry out these massive chemical attacks using American made bio-chemical weapons already in place throughout Europe, this report warns, a Western world being brought to the brink of extinction by these “madmen” would be held blameless—and which, coincidentally, completes another of Baba Vanga’s predictions wherein she prophesized that the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, would be African American—and be the last President America ever has.
Though little is known in the West about this mystic known as the “Nostradamus from the Balkans”, this report explains, Baba Vanga is highly revered in both the Federation and Eastern Europe for the astounding success rate of her predictions, of which some studies concluded were at a success rate of 80%.
A Russian online project titled “The Great Encyclopedia of Vanga” also confirms how much this mystic is beloved by the peoples of the Federation, this report notes, with further accolades towards her being the 2013 (commissioned by Channel One Russia) 12-episode biographical TV series about her life titled “Vangelia” and the equally popular movie about her titled “Vanga: The Visible and Invisible World”.
To what action(s) the Security Council will take based upon this FSB information this report doesn’t say—but to taking the warnings of Baba Vanga prophecies seriously is indicated that Russian intelligence officials even wrote this report at all.
