Hillary Clinton has been trolled on her own Twitter page by her own followers, after a Tweet she made criticising Donald Trump for his “hateful” views on President Obama.
In the Tweet, Hillary slams Trump, saying, “Donald Trump not denouncing false statements about POTUS & hateful rhetoric about Muslims is disturbing, & just plain wrong. Cut it out. -H”

However, her own followers instantly recognised the hypocrisy in what she was saying, as people began pointing out that it was Hillary’s campaign in 2008 who used the same rhetoric against Obama. Redsteeze tweeted, “That wasn’t Trump’s campaign blasting this image out. It was yours in 2008“.

It got worse. Another user also pointed out to Hillary that, “A junior staffer resigned in December after forwarding an email suggesting Obama is a Muslim. In the South Carolina primary last month, Bill Clinton made race an issue.
However, the tactics are widely believed to have contributed to a backlash against the Clintons among Democrat voters. ”
