
In a televised address, the Greek prime minister Alexis Tsipras greeted the results telling the nation that that the Greek people had made a very bold choice.
“Today we are celebrating the victory of democracy, tomorrow the hard work begins,” he said.

He will ask the president to convene an emergency meeting of party leaders tomorrow Monday ahead of a EU summit meeting Greek insiders are confirming will take place Tuesday.
