The free thought project reports: “Using the same technological expertise he employed as Acting Director of Cyber Security at HHS, DeFoggi attempted to sexually exploit children and traffic in child pornography through an anonymous computer network of child predators”
The man responsible for “keeping you safe” on the internet has just been sentenced to 25 years for using the internet and the very tools given to him for this job, to run a child pornography empire.

Timothy DeFoggi, 56, was convicted on Aug. 26, 2014, following a four-day jury trial before Chief U.S. District Judge Laurie Smith Camp in the District of Nebraska of engaging in a child exploitation enterprise, conspiracy to advertise and distribute child pornography and accessing a computer with intent to view child pornography.

Today he was sentenced to 25 years in prison for his repugnant criminal network of child exploitation.

Prior to getting caught in this disgusting scheme, DeFoggi was the acting director of cyber security at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The mission of the HHS cyber security program is to “Foster an enterprise-wide secure and trusted environment in support of HHS’ commitment to better health and well-being of the American people.”
