ABNA reports:
The 21-year-old victim, who was arrested last week for violating the Islamic dress imposed by ISIS extremists, died under torture at the hands of an ISIS female, known as Oum Farouq, in the ISIS detention center in the Syrian border city of Manbij.
A family member of the victim said they received the girl’s dead body with apparent physical effects of torture.

“She was harshly tortured. We have received her dead body full of physical effects of torture,” the family member said. “We cannot even protest against this horrible crime. The only judicial department in Manbij is the Sharia Court, which supports such crimes.”
An informed local source quoted a former female prisoner in Manbij as saying: “The ISIS militants practice all kinds of violence against the female prisoners. Once you protest, they will beat you to death.”
