End Of The US: China Develops Stealth-Defeating Quantum Radar

Fact checked
China have announced that they have successfully developed stealth-defeating quantum radar

China have announced that they have developed and tested a radar system that uses quantum entanglement that beats all modern stealth technology used by military worldwide.

The first ever Chinese quantum radar was developed by the Intelligent Perception Technology Laboratory of the 14th Institute in CETC, a defense and electronics firm.

Rt.com reports:

The radar was tested in mid-August, Xinhua said in a Thursday report.

The system was able to detect a target at a range of 100 kilometers in a real-world environment, the report said. The device employs single photon detection technology.

Quantum radar is a device that uses quantum entanglement photons to provide better detection capabilities than conventional radar systems. The method would be useful for tracking targets with a low radar cross section, such as modern aircraft using stealth technology or targets employing active countermeasures to jam or baffle enemy radar.

The technology may also find use in biomedicine, since quantum radar requires lower energy and can be used to non-invasively probe for objects with low reflectivity, such as cancer cells.

Earlier, China launched the world’s first quantum communications satellite, which uses quantum entanglement for cryptography.

  1. You had me until it was mentioned the story came from RT which is nothing but anti US propaganda.  RT daily predicts the demise of the US.  My guess is if China actually had functional quantum radar, they wouldn’t announce it so the US could work on bypassing it.

  2. On September 18,2015 a stealth J-28 flew at mach 6 speed for several hours and landed.I think it used two Wang Zhengou turbo-scram jet engine and Shou-En Zhu low cost grapheme alloy airframe,I think it will have Pan Jianwei quantum radar and armed with Liu Xingsheng powerfull stack laser gun and PL-15 air to air missiles that has a range of 50 miles.
