Last year, Hillary Clinton said that she would declassify government UFO documents in the United States. Now, numerous mainstream media outlets are reporting that Hillary Clinton and her chief of staff are adamant that not only will the US be able to “handle” the truth about UFO’s, but that Hillary Clinton intends to make the declassification of top secret UFO documents a “top priority” when she enters office.
Headlines in the last 12 hours read like something out of an episode of “The X Files”:
USA Today’s headline read: “Clinton campaign chairman: Americans ‘can handle the truth’ about UFOs” and offered this information:
John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, says it’s time for the U.S. government to release any evidence it has about the existence of alien forms of life in outer space.

Podesta, who was also a chief of staff to President Bill Clinton, told CNN that if Hillary Clinton is elected, she’ll ask for as many records about Area 51 in Nevada as the U.S. government has to be declassified.
“I think that’s a commitment that she intends to keep and that I intend to hold her to,” Podesta told CNN.
Area 51 is a remote Air Force test and training range that’s been the subject of conspiracy theories, including UFO sightings.
“The U.S. government could do a much better job in answering the quite legitimate questions that people have about what’s going on with unidentified aerial phenomena,” said Podesta.
Podesta added: “the American people can handle the truth.”
Rolling Stone’s lead story said: “Clinton Campaign Promises to Declassify UFO Files”
Clinton has said in the past that Podesta, a sci-fi fan who previously served as Bill Clinton’s chief of staff, encouraged her to make the promise.
“He has made me personally pledge we are going to get the information out,” Clinton told a reporter with New Hampshire’s Conway Daily Sun in January. “One way or another. Maybe we could have, like, a task force to go to Area 51.”

The article states: “Podesta, a former chief of staff to President Bill Clinton, said the 42nd president once “asked for some information about some of these things, and in particular, some information about what was going on at Area 51.”
Asked if there is evidence of alien life, Podesta said, “That’s for the public to judge once they’ve seen all the evidence that the U.S. government has.””
