Filmed on a smartphone the footage shows what appears to be a mysterious figure hiding behind a tree watching the onlookers before it seems to run towards them.

In reality, this is a load of childish nonsense. Both the Western powers and the BRICS nations are working closely together through the G20 to bring in the Central Banking Cabal’s New World Order.
