A political blogger based in Ireland has published the identity of a celebrity involved in a high-profile threesome injunction.
The Court of Appeal in London had granted an injunction against naming the famous celebrity in England and Wales.

Judges referred to the man involved in the threesome only as ‘PJS’.
The man is said to be ‘well-known’ in the entertainment industry, and it’s also been revealed that he is married with young children.
His spouse – named as ‘YMA’ – is also famous in the entertainment business.
Last night a blogger, based in Ireland but using US servers, defied the injunction and published the name of the man involved in the extramarital threesome.
Due to the privacy injunction, Metro.co.uk are unable to identify the man or his partner – and we’re also not allowed to tell you which blogger named him.
The blogger has since claimed that they have received a copy of the injunction and a ‘threat to jail for Contempt of Court’ from a legal firm acting on behalf of the celebrity couple.
Metro.co.uk approached the legal firm, but they did not respond to our request for information.
‘I don’t want to see a situation develop where the rich and famous can hide what they’ve been up to,’ the blogger told The Times.
Yesterday we reported that an MP was threatening to use his Parliamentary privilege to identify the man in parliament.
Lord Justice Rupert Jackson said the threesome revelations would be ‘devastating for the claimant’, and the argument for privacy outweighed the interest in publishing.
