Joe Biden on Wednesday told American troops that global warming is the biggest threat facing the United States today.
After landing in the UK, Biden addressed troops at Royal Air Force Mildenhall.
“This is not a joke. You know what the Joint Chiefs told us the greatest threat facing America was? Global warming,” Biden told the troops with a straight face.
