A flock of geese over Alkmaar in the Netherlands had a close encounter with a battery operated drone.
The territorial birds flying towards their next feeding ground didn’t take too kindly to the unusual obstruction in their flight path and one of them decided to take action..
North Holland’s public regional broadcaster, RTV NH, had one of its drones knocked out of the sky by a territorial goose. The bird came in low to knock the device out of the sky.
The drone sustained minor damages and landed safely after the encounter with the Egyptian goose over Oudorperpolder, Alkmaar.
