He said that Allah has punished those have who transgressed against Russia, “Only Allah knows why” the Turkish ruling clique have conspired with Islamic State terrorists, he remarked.
He added that God has punished them by making them insane.
International Business Times reports:
In the speech which ranged from domestic to foreign policy issues, Putin addressed the growing tensions with Ankara after Turkey shot down a Russian SU-24 fighter jet, which led to the death of a pilot as well as a helicopter pilot attempting a rescue mission.
“We will not forget this complicity with terrorists. We always considered and will always consider treachery to be the ultimate and lowest act. Let those in Turkey who shot our pilots in the back know this,” Putin told Russian MPs.
Turkey claims that the jet had strayed into its airspace, claims Moscow denies. In response, Russia has imposed economic sanctions on Turkey, and accused top officials of involvement in the trade of illegal oil with Islamic State (Isis/Daesh).
In the speech, Putin repeated the allegations. “We know who it is who profits in Turkey by letting terrorists sell oil there. Terrorists use that money to plan attacks against us, France, Mali and others. It was in Turkey that terrorists from the north Caucasus used to find refuge, and some of them are still there,” he said.
He said that Turkish officials bore direct responsibility for the deaths of the pilots. “Some members of the Turkish elite are directly responsible for the death of our servicemen. We will never forget how they supported terrorists. Those who backstabbed our pilots should remember that,” he said.
“Only Allah knows why they did it, and I guess Allah decided to punish the ruling elite in Turkey by stripping them of their sanity,” Putin said.”
Allah Punished Turkish Elite By Depriving Them Of Any Sense
Earlier, on Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Russia had received additional evidence that oil from fields controlled by Daesh, which is prohibited in Russia, were being transported to Turkey on an industrial scale.
“Only Allah knows, why they did it,” Putin said.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his family are involved in the illegal deliveries of oil from the Islamic State, known in the Arab world as Daesh and whose activities are prohibited in Russia, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov said earlier Wednesday.
Putin says Allah punished Turkish leaders by deriving them of common sense.

”It’s the duty of every civilized country to take part in the defeat of terrorists,” Vladimir Putin said.
Moscow has been conducting pinpoint airstrikes on terrorist positions, particularly those of Islamic State, in Syria at President Bashar Assad’s request since September 30.
On November 24, a Russian Su-24 attack aircraft was downed by an air-to-air missile while carrying out precision strikes against terrorist positions in northern Syria. The missile was fired by a Turkish F-16 fighter in response to an alleged violation of Turkish airspace by the Russian jet.
“I do not understand why they did it. Any problem — even that which we might have missed — could have been dealt with in a different way,” Russia’s president stressed.
